Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• You are a Vine-Digital client. 

• You signed up to the Vine-Digital Newsletter mailing list.

We use the information that you have given us in order to Contact you as a client, or send you any newsletters and marketing materials.

We will not share this information.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep contact information (Email Address, Phone Number etc) for 3 years after our final correspondence. If you are an ongoing customer, the three year time period will begin after our final correspondence. We will then dispose your information by deleting the data from our address book.
